Remote Technical Support

PC EasyCare offers remote technical support directly through the client’s computer via remote control, or quietly in the background.  Clients simply file a support ticket directly from our integrated incident tracking and ticketing system during regular business hours, and one of our techs will be happy to assist you in a matter of minutes.

Need help after hours?  No problem.  PC EasyCare offers an additional on-call support package for any service after 5pm, on a per device basis.  This allows you to customize your plan to have on-call service for devices or employees who need it most, and save where it is not needed.
